Job Title: Customer Service/ Clerk/ Receptionist Pay Rate: $ 15.50 / W2 Location: 100 Nichols Road Stony Brook, NY 11794 Duration: 06+ Months Roles and Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors providing excellent customer service and guidance as needed, in an open office setting. First point of contact for walk in customers Manage incoming calls redirecting or handling queries as appropriate. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries in a timely manner. Assist with the completion and verification of Form I-9, copying documents, ensuring compliance with employment eligibility Assist with RF E-verify Assist with verification of direct deposits submission Handle scheduling of internal conference room for meetings Support HR projects and initiatives as needed Provide clerical support Maintain a tidy and efficient front office area to ensure a professional environment, particularly important in an open office layout.
