1st shift Mechanic 6am - 3:30pm M-F (Weekends & Overtime as needed) - also have 2nd & 3rd shifts available with shift differentials!

Required: They are looking for at least 5 years exp & 4 years programming logic controllers, expert with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Prefers Food and Beverage experience or FDA

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic III to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience with expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission systems.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

Diagnose and repair production machinery malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance on assigned production lines.

Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.

Operational Support & Upgrades

Respond to line calls and provide rapid troubleshooting support.

Assist in upgrading equipment with new technology and support contractors as needed.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Technical Skills & Compliance

Work with PLCs, conveyors, airveyors, and electrical systems (preferred).

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

5+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced food or beverage manufacturing setting.

4+ years of experience troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.

Experience with mechanical breakdown troubleshooting and repair.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of PLC systems, conveyors, and airveyors.

Strong understanding of electrical systems.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Must have own hand tools.
