Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by handling various administrative and clerical tasks. You'll be responsible for daily office operations and providing support to the leadership team.

Primary Duties:



  • Greet and check in visitors, verify credentials, and issue safety vests/badges.
  • Coordinate vendor visits and assist HR with event planning and execution.
  • Maintain facility calendar for events and visitors, and update emergency roster.
  • Manage new hire sign-ins, parking, PPE distribution, and locker access.
  • Create and update reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with data entry, posting SQDCT information, and distributing mail.
  • Work with the safety committee to plan and coordinate evacuation drills.
  • Handle POs, vendor setups, and invoice approvals.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain SDS notebook and assist with safety-related documentation.
  • Provide support to leadership team as needed for operational tasks.



Qualifications:



  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
