Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Pay rate: $15 - $18 (Depending on experience) Essential tasks: This role provides broad administrative and operational support, including customer invoicing, verifying new BOMs with engineering, and tracking customer builds and lead times in Global Shop. Responsibilities also cover marketing efforts like trade shows and social media, scheduling Zoom and Teams meetings, and maintaining sales pipelines and CRM systems. Additional duties include sending open order reports, supporting shipping by entering packing slips, answering phones, and serving as backup for various departments. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic and collaborative environment. Qualifications:
