Essential Job Duties	As a Client Solutions Liaison, you will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth integration of our technology developments and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with product capabilities, manage client expectations, and help drive product and service improvements. Guide the project time line and alignment with business goals. Work as a liaison between developers and clients/end users ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements, expectations, and progress Plan and coordinate products' alpha and beta testing ensuring thorough feedback is gathered and issues are addressed before full deployment Plan and coordinate technology deployments ensuring smooth integration for both testing and final rollouts to clients/end users Lead new partnerships relationships and define the scope of projects and client requirements for the development teams Participate in the web app design process to guarantee that the clients needs are being met. Coordinate a cross functional team to ensure that projects stay on track and meet client requirements. Gather and synthesize feedback from clients to contribute to product development improvements.
