Description and Requirements

Job Description: Leadership of a new Enterprise IT Solutions team within our ESMB Server & Storage (ISG) business. Managing a team of Enterprise Datacenter & Storage Solution Managers and Enterprise Solution Architects with worldwide scope as part of our ESMB Segment organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the peer Enterprise & SMB (ESMB) Business Management team to identify top market opportunities and align on GTM strategies
  • Manage a team of Solution Program Managers and Enterprise IT Architects to act as our subject matter experts in specific subject matter areas across Infrastructure and Enterprise Workloads.
  • Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product, Category, Channel and Sales.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Experience:

  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, particularly in the IT or technology sector.
  • Enterprise IT Solutions: Extensive background in developing and implementing enterprise IT solutions, with a focus on aligning these solutions with business objectives. Familiarity with leading Software and Services ecosystem active and dynamics of cloud vs. on-prem technology decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in strategic planning and execution, including the ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise datacenter and edge IT environments.

Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in enterprise IT architecture, solution design, and implementation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Focus on career and personal development of team members is a must.
  • Solution mindset and Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of solution selling fundamentals, how to build compelling ROI/TCO models and building a differentiated strategy. Ability to think strategically and develop mid to long-term plans that align with business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to technical or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
  • Innovation: A mindset geared towards innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to adopt new technologies and methodologies.
  • Customer Focus: Ideally a candidate who has previously served in a customer facing role and understands sales enablement. A strong focus not only on end customer satisfaction, but also a strong ability to understand seller needs and add value to them as an internal customer.
