Staffmark is hiring an Accounts Receivable Credit & Collection Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA! If you have a strong background in accounts receivable and collections, we want to connect with you! Pay: $25-$29 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Monitor large corporate accounts by creating weekly statements to keep clients informed of their open invoices.
  • Collaborate with EDI processors to ensure all outstanding invoices are delivered.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Update customer accounts and tax rates in the system.
  • Work with Customer Service and Warehouses to address customer complaints.
  • Send monthly statements to all customers.
  • Provide backup support for AR cash application and daily invoicing.
  • Assist in preparing checks for cash application.
  • Set up new customer accounts with management approval.



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in A/R collections for large volume accounts
  • Proficient in Excel
