We are looking for a Janitorial Maintenance Worker in Alexandria, MN, where your hard work, positive attitude, and teamwork will be highly valued. Schedule: 4:30am - 12:30pm or 5:30am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay rate: $18.50 - $19.00/hr. (Depending on experience) Essential tasks: Operating powered cleaning tools, maintaining the grounds (lawn, shrubs, signs, parking lots, and sidewalks), and performing janitorial and carpentry tasks as needed. Duties also include maintaining walls and floors, filling in for absent maintenance personnel, and conducting routine inspections of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems. The position also assists with plant and equipment maintenance and handles general maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
