Administrative Assistant job details include:

Pay rate: $20 - $24/hr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

The role involves providing administrative support to the Finance Department, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel. Responsibilities include preparing and filing financial documents, handling general clerical tasks, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies. The position also assists with data entry, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating with other departments. Additionally, the role involves handling confidential information and supporting audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:



  • Must have at least three years of administrative support experience and good tenure.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a corporate or office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
