Shipper - Temp to Potential Hire

Are you a detail-oriented shipping professional with some experience in international logistics? We're looking for a Shipper to join our team in a temp-to-hire role, offering an opportunity for long-term career growth!

• Process and ship domestic and international orders using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship Professional.
• Prepare commercial invoices, Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLIs), and Automated Export System (AES) filings for export shipments.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished goods, including hazardous materials such as lithium-ion batteries.
• Maintain compliance with export regulations and shipping procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs as needed.

• 2+ years of international shipping experience preferred.
• Familiarity with export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with MS Office and shipping software.
• Training or experience in hazardous materials shipping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• A professional, positive attitude and a commitment to punctuality.
