The Intelligence Analytic Facilitator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering training materials that support intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. This role enhances the analytical capabilities of intelligence professionals by facilitating structured analytic techniques (SATs) and supporting intelligence storytelling through structured questioning. Additionally, the specialist reviews emerging policies and doctrine, providing feedback and integrating relevant updates into training programs.

Responsibilities

    Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials to enhance intelligence tradecraft and analytic standards.
  • Facilitate Story Development sessions using structured questioning techniques to help analysts craft clear, concise, and well-organized intelligence reports.
  • Provide guidance on Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs) to promote critical thinking and improve analytic rigor.
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, assess their impact, and incorporate updates into training programs.
  • Maintain training records and tracking systems as required by the Government.
  • Collaborate with intelligence professionals to ensure training content aligns with mission requirements and analytic best practices.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last two years.
  • Holds an Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
