Description
Coordinates post-closing loan processing such as booking and servicing of all loans, including posting of payments and all applicable charges, statement generation, following up on documentation recordings and title policies, tracking and clearing of documentation exceptions, UCC continuations, application processing, and insurance tracking. Coordinates/manages loan closings for simple loans, as assigned. Acts as a backup to Commercial Loan Closer. Provides direct support to Commercial Lending Department.
