**Seeking bi-lingual candidates preferred - English - Spanish**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage, and encourage a diverse team of up to 65 frontline associates across multiple K12 elementary schools, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving team development and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Engage in district leadership teams, sharing standard methodologies and advocating for diversity.
  • Make data-driven decisions considering both short-term and long-term impacts, involving team and partners in the process.
  • Serve as the Chartwells brand ambassador within the district and community.
  • Ensure client happiness, account retention, and assist in the rebid process.
  • Support safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary functions within the accounts.
  • Conduct audits and maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate financial results, ensuring accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Foster team development, conduct performance evaluations, and plan for succession.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Meet USDA Professional Standards for the account(s).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of management experience, preferably in foodservice or hospitality.
  • Proven success in K12 foodservice management.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and financial competence.
  • Outstanding initiative, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS software.
