Job Description

Operating within a centralized marketing model, the Digital Marketing Manager will implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEM, social media, display, CTV, and programmatic. This position oversees the full campaign lifecycle, from campaign setup to final reporting.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for campaign builds, along with the implementation of tracking tags and other analytics tools needed to measure campaign performance. This role will work closely with the marketing strategy team, other internal units, and external agency partners to monitor and optimize digital ad placements, ensuring campaign goals are met and performance is in line with industry standards.

The Digital Marketing Manager will leverage analytics tools to identify trends and insights across platforms and audiences. Once campaigns end, the Digital Marketing Manager will analyze performance and prepare campaign reports for campus partners and leadership to relay outcomes and ROAS.

This role reports to the Associate Director of Marketing Strategy.

This is an in-person position.

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns in an agency or brand setting.
- Hands-on experience implementing campaign measurement solutions via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or comparable tools.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Familiarity with brand identity guidelines and ability to work within brand standards across all deliverables.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000/year
Grade: GGS-10
