Manager | ITDS Strategy & Governance

We are seeking an IT Governance Manager with a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic thinking experience who is deeply familiar with the technical aspects of IT infrastructure but also skilled in managing people and aligning IT governance strategies with business objectives.

What you'll need:

Minimum of 3 years in leadership and 3+ years in practice or equivalent experience

IT Governance Managers require a combination of technical expertise, leadership abilities and understanding of business processes.

These qualifications and skills include:

• Technical understanding of ITDS systems and platforms, with an ability to comprehend and manage complex ITDS infrastructures.

• Strong knowledge of ITDS governance frameworks and best practices, such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 27001, to ensure the organization's ITDS processes are aligned with its goals.

• Leadership skills to oversee and manage the ITDS governance team, ensuring they are effectively implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.

• Strategic planning abilities to develop and implement ITDS governance strategies that align with the organization's objectives. This includes partnering and collaborating with Emplify EPMO

• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may affect ITDS governance or pose risks to the organization.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface with various stakeholders, including ITDS staff, management, and external auditors.

• Understanding of compliance requirements and standards in the industry to ensure all ITDS processes and systems are compliant.

• Experience in risk management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with ITDS operations.
