A Mid-Level Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst will support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), primarily at headquarters in Stafford, VA, with occasional travel to regional field offices. The analyst will focus on economic intelligence to assess how foreign governments and organizations fund and sustain military operations.



Responsibilities

    Research and evaluate how foreign economies support their military-industrial complexes.
  • Assess the economic health of both state and non-state actors to determine their true defense spending and financial capabilities.
  • Investigate potential leverage points and weaknesses in foreign economies that could impact military sustainability.
  • Provide intelligence to inform U.S. national security strategies.
  • Conduct trend analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving to identify patterns and anomalies.
  • Communicate intelligence through written reports, briefings, and conferences for senior officials and key stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in data and trend analysis, problem-solving, and strategic research.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefings, reports, and strategic communication.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation using databases and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to navigate classified and unclassified research platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office).
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
