Senior Treasury Analyst

What you will experience in this position:
  • Oversight and execution of daily operating cash transactions.
  • Bank account management oversight, including opening/closing accounts, maintenance of appropriate bank account signers and maintaining compliance with internal controls.
  • Online banking system oversight, including maintenance of appropriate user access and entitlements, evaluation of banking system functionality to improve operational efficiency, and implementation of banking services.
  • Optimizing cash position across several accounts and entities.
  • Maintenance of relationships with various financial institutions, ensuring flawless execution of transactions and resolution of issues.
  • Propose and implement banking streamlining and standardization.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, internal controls (i.e., Sarbanes-Oxley requirements) and company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, HR, and other departments to optimize workflows.
You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance is required.
  • 3+ years of experience is preferred in Treasury, preferably in a corporate environment, at publicly traded company with domestic and international treasury.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management and treasury systems (an understanding of foreign exchange is a plus).
  • Extensive experience with online banking systems (knowledge of treasury management systems and ERP platforms a plus).
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and regulations (i.e., Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • A CTP certification is a plus.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$89,300.00 - $165,800.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
