Job Summary: The Donor Relations Specialist assists with donor-related operations. Assists with reporting and compliance while maintaining a high level of accuracy through strong attention to detail. Provides expertise and support for staff and other departments. Works to implement new, improved processes to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to utilize and maintain templates and merge documents via Microsoft Office. Knowledge of DocuSign, electronic routing, and Blackbaud CRM preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and manage several deadlines. Writing and editing skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, or communications.
