Position: Medical Laboratory Technologist Location: 105 Keene Street, Columbia, MO Schedule: Part- Time / 8-10 hours per week (could be evenings or nights.) Responsibilities
- Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing with precision and care.
- Conduct specimen analysis, instrument maintenance, and quality control procedures.
- Assist in specimen collection and patient flow management.
- Train new employees in laboratory procedures and act as a resource for laboratory science information.
- Ensure compliance with all quality assurance and safety policies.
- Maintains a clean working environment.
- Maintains confidentially of all information related to patients and medical staff.
- -Performs CLIA classified Moderate and High complexity testing with minimal supervision
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related health care field. Current state license if required. AMT, ASCP or equivalent certification preferred. Position requires a minimum of three years of experience. Licensure and certification requirements depend on the state. Except for grandfathered situations, bachelor's degree in Medical Technology required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Requires corrected vision, color perception and hearing to normal range. Requires legible handwriting.
