Revenue Enablement Program Manager

SUMMARY

Avetta is hiring a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to help our sales teams ramp up faster and perform at their best. In this role, you'll lead training, coaching, and enablement programs that set up our Account Executives (AEs), Account Managers (AMs), and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for success. We're looking for someone who knows how to train sales teams effectively and is always looking for ways to improve and refine the program. This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, perfect for someone who enjoys both.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Onboarding & Continuous Development: Manage onboarding for new sales hires and provide ongoing skill development for experienced reps.
  • Facilitation & Training: Deliver engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Program Development: Design and implement sales enablement initiatives that align with business objectives and sales methodologies.
  • Content & Resource Management: Curate, develop, and optimize sales playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources.
  • Sales Process & Tools: Ensure sales teams are proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and other enablement technologies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report the impact of enablement programs, making data-driven improvements through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and sales operations teams to align enablement efforts with business goals.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE:



  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS business in sales enablement, sales, or a related role.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that drive measurable sales performance improvements using the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) or other learning frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger
  • Proficiency in Highspot, Salesforce, Gong, and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chili Piper, Gong Engage, 6sense, and ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and optimize programs.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Certification in a recognized sales methodology or coaching framework.
  • Background in instructional design, adult learning principles, or corporate training.


At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $63,000-$128,000 per year, with a potential bonus.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
