Warehouse Supervisor - Direct Hire!

Salary: $68,640 per year

2nd Shift Hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PM Monday-Thursday | 11:30 AM - 8 PM Friday (flexibility regarding scheduled hours - based on business needs)

This Warehouse Supervisor role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to optimizing warehouse operations. Here's what you'll be responsible for:



  • Supervision & Leadership: Directly oversee warehouse personnel, fostering a safe, efficient, and motivated work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance with company and customer policies while improving processes to meet service standards.
  • Training & Development: Create programs to train and professionally develop staff for maximum productivity.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Manage work schedules, assignments, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain professional and courteous relationships with customers and ensure top-tier service.
  • Productivity & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, track projects, analyze productivity reports, and identify causes of order processing delays.
  • Safety & Compliance: Conduct monthly safety training and ensure all warehouse operations align with safety protocols.

Qualifications:



  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment (apparel industry preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse and mechanical equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of OSHA, DOT, and HAZMAT regulations, with a willingness to obtain certifications as needed.
  • Supervisory & Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to lead teams and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical & Mathematical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of reading and interpreting safety regulations, operational procedures, and maintenance instructions. Able to write reports and effectively communicate with employees, customers, and leadership teams.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to remain active throughout all shifts, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift 50 pounds.
