We have partnered with a leading provider of smart and secure lockbox solutions for the real estate industry and are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. Training will take place onsite in West Chester for 60-90 days, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. After training, this will transition to a work-from-home position, with flexibility required for a mid-shift schedule (e.g., 11:00am-7:00pm Tuesday-Saturday or 10:00am-6:00pm Sunday-Thursday). The pay rate will be $14 - $16 based on experience.

Daily tasks:



  • Respond to customer calls promptly, actively listening to their concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Create a personal connection through friendly and empathetic conversation.
  • Resolve issues using effective troubleshooting techniques and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
  • Ensure clear and thorough documentation of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and resources to promote team success.
  • Appreciate and recognize team efforts in assisting each other and fostering a collaborative environment.




Qualified candidates will have one year of prior customer service or call center experience.
