Summary
Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects within an assigned functional area or across multiple entities. Takes ownership of the project lifecycle overall by guiding teams and staff, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring progress toward project goals. Ensures that the project is completed successfully and provides support to team members and stakeholders as they complete essential tasks.

Essential Functions
-Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion.
-Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
-Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
-Communicates regularly on project status with project stakeholders.
-Owns project plans for medium to large-scale projects.
-Provides guidance to project coordinators.
-Identifies potential risks early, analyzes the possible impact, and develops mitigation strategies.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Project management experience 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Specifically, this role will support digital health initiatives for food allergy prevention program, overseeing the FAMP-IT.org platform, partnerships, and related digital health strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews current digital content on FAMP-IT.org, ensuring alignment with program goals and engagement for the target audience.
  • Provides recommendations for content updates and enhancements based on the latest food allergy research and digital health strategies.
  • Develops strategies to improve user engagement and outreach, leveraging social media, blogs, videos, and digital campaigns.
  • Supports the development of digital tools and resources for WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) partnership integration.
  • Including assisting in writing and reviewing grant proposals to secure funding for food allergy prevention program initiatives.
  • Additionally, assists with emerging projects, including research and development of new digital health tools and outreach strategies.
  • Stays updated on trends in digital health, food allergy prevention, and healthcare technologies to inform program strategies.
  • Specifically, contributes to the growth of the MGfC Food Allergy Buddies and Boot Camp Programs by aligning digital health strategies with outreach efforts. Identifies digital tools and content enhancements to make these programs more accessible and effective.
