Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience) As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage the internal recruiting process for hourly employees, assist with external recruitment, and partner with management to understand job requirements. You'll handle employee data changes, support disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, and prepare HR reports. You'll also assist with Union/Company contract negotiations, onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you will interpret HR policies, support Diversity & Inclusion efforts, and provide backup for the HR Manager as needed. Qualifications:
