About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Intern to join our Components Team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finished Goods and Component teams, Innovation, Product Management, Program Management, component manufacturers, and contract manufacturers, to support critical sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Cleanup
• Ensure current data accuracy and harmonization between Finished Goods and Component teams.
• Develop and implement a plan to maintain data accuracy using existing tools like Jira or by exploring new software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus on data management processes.
• Inventory Tracking
• Monitor inventory levels with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• VAVE Project Support
• Ensure Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects are properly entered into Jira.
• Track and maintain the VAVE project pipeline to align with organizational goals.
• Product Roadmap Development
• Create comprehensive product roadmaps to support vendor meetings and strategic planning.
• Visual & Template Improvements
• Enhance visuals for recurring meetings to improve clarity and communication.
• Identify and refine critical templates to optimize workflows and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
