Permit & Licensing Admin

Alan Ritchey Inc. is looking for a full-time permit and licensing clerk to work out of the Valley View Office.

A few of the job responsibilities would be as follows:

• Handle all aspects of Fuel Tax reporting including maintain records, prepare reports regarding quantity and value of fuel purchased, received, stored and used.
• Maintain records for mileage on all vehicles.
• Timely licensing for all company vehicles.
• Helping with other departments as needed.

• Proficient in online data entry and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong skills in Excel and Word required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills and the ability to coordinate with other departments
