Shift Hours: 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $18 to 26/hour based on experience
Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Must be able to independently setup, program and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills and other equipment.
* Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models.
* Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers and dial calipers.
* Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.
Qualification Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
* 3+ years of machining experience.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attendance and a positive, "can do" attitude.
The following is a plus but not required:
* Solidworks and/or MasterCAM experience.
* EDM experience.
* Previous tool room experience.
