Responsibilities

The Enterprise Technical Program Manager will manage strategic business and technical programs from initiation through solutioning through delivery. A program can be a large complex project with several tracks or a collection of related projects, many times running in parallel to meet a common goal. This role will lead analysis and solutioning of complex business and technology problems and translate that into defined delivery plans to be executed. They will manage people in the context of major programs and projects, however, the relationship will be "dotted line" rather than "solid line" management. The Enterprise Technical Program Manager will play role in strategic planning and prioritization of the portfolio as well process improvement initiatives to support the strategic goals of Hazelden Betty Ford.

  • Drive Program and Project Management and Delivery
  • Facilitate and drive internal process improvement solutioning and implementation
  • Facilitate and drive governance, prioritization, and portfolio planning of technology initiatives

This is a hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate should be commutable to our Center City, MN location.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years' experience in business analysis
  • 7 years' experience in project management
  • 7 years' experience in managing engineering or technology projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on programs in a matrix or cross-functional organization
  • Project management certification
  • Master's Degree
