Location Overview The Vice President of Operations / Managing Director is responsible for providing corporate support and leadership to Highgate Hotels owned/managed properties within the Miami assigned market to include Managing Director responsibilities at the Elser Hotel & Residences. This person is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations are carried out professionally, to Highgate standards and at the highest level of service while always maintaining the financial impact of such decisions and operations. This senior leader will be a dynamic, experienced and motivated mentor to property General Managers, as well as ensuring their hotels are continually in line with and carrying out the strategic goals and direction of the organization.
