Who We're Looking For:

* A passionate talent professional with a drive to connect people with meaningful career opportunities, backed by a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

* A relationship-builder who thrives on creating connections, fostering engagement, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience-leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

* A strategic thinker with experience in full-cycle recruiting (one year preferred, ideally in professional services), who can balance sourcing the right talent with creating a seamless hiring process.

* A tech-savvy recruiter who embraces innovation, using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to attract top talent.

* An organized and adaptable team player who excels at time management, prioritization, and staying ahead in a fast-paced environment.

* A trustworthy professional who handles sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
