A Day in the Life: As an Associate, you are responsible for unleashing the full potential of our people and culture while simultaneously achieving timely and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. The role of the Line Coordinator within Production is to assist and support the Supervisor in the planning/organizing of daily activities and schedules of production associates who are engaged in the production of medical device products and/or components and to manage projects and process improvements within assigned areas, all while maintaining regulatory compliance. 1. Assist the front line Supervisor, by providing leadership, training oversight, work direction recommendations for production technicians and shift to shift communication. Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED.
