Civil Structural Professional

E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2) is a professional services firm established in 1988 specializing in a full spectrum of engineering services including, project engineering and design, federal base operations and infrastructure support services, gas pipeline construction and inspection services, environmental consulting and remediation, and information technology services. Essential duties include the locating and designing supports for various piping systems and performing associated calculations.

Candidate should be familiar with common pipe support hardware, industry standards, and relevant codes such as AISC & ASME B31.3.
• Work closely with layout personnel and pipe stress engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required.
• Prior experience should include working in a 3D model environment.

US Citizenship is required
4 Year Structural Engineering Bachelors Degree

• Good knowledge of AISC and ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry codes and standards
• Prior experience using structural analysis program

Preferred Qualifications

• PE Registration
• Prior experience using pipe support analysis programs GTStrudel
• Prior experience using Pipe SupportModeler software
• Previous Bechtel project experience
• Previous DOD/DOE project experience

This position will pay between $35.75 and $87.50
