Financial Analyst - OneStream

The One Stream Administrator is responsible for assisting in the administration, maintenance and continued optimization and ongoing development of our OneStream application. This position works under the direction of the Sr. Finance Manager.

• Monitor the consolidation processes, including adding new metadata, loading operational data for management reporting, and opening/closing of periods.
• Administration of the Account Recon tool, including setting up new accounts, and updating security and account groups as needed.
• Manage system security, user access, and roles, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Assist with audit control requests.
• Provide support to end users, assisting with training and helping to resolve questions and troubleshoot problems.
• Update existing Cube Views and Dashboards to support changing reporting needs.
• Build new Cube Views and Dashboards.
• Assist with ongoing system enhancements, design and work with One Stream to become the One Stream Subject Matter expert for future upgrades and company needs. .
• Reporting and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology or related field of study.
• 2+ years' experience with OneStream or other financial system maintenance

• 2 + years vb.net programming
• Oil & Gas Industry experience.
• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP

Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
