Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Selenium and Automation. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and automation of our infrastructure processes. Responsibilities Lead the automation of infrastructure operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Selenium-based automation frameworks. Provide expertise in automation to streamline operational workflows and improve system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions. Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively address potential issues. Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and infrastructure management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and infrastructure components. Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation scripts to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date. Train and mentor junior team members on automation techniques and best practices. Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and enhancements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure operations through innovative automation solutions. Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure that all automation initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Maintain a high level of security and data integrity within the automated infrastructure. Qualifications Extensive experience in Selenium and automation frameworks is required. Strong understanding of infrastructure operations and automation best practices is essential. Proven ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements for infrastructure management. Ability to mentor and train junior team members on automation techniques. Experience in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and enhancements. Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze system performance. Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes. Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure operations. Certifications Required Certified Selenium Professional Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 03/15/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 - $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
