Description
Insurance Specialist Liaison (Patient Insurance Assistance Coordinator) Position Type: This is a Full-Time, remote position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Overview: The Insurance Specialist Liaison / Patient Insurance Assistance Coordinator supports patients in accessing financial assistance for medical insurance grants. Serving as a liaison between patients and the American Kidney Fund (AKF), this role helps patients' complete applications, authorization forms, and grant requests using AKF's Grant Management System (GMS).
