Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees within the healthcare organization.

Essential Functions
-Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that support the healthcare organization's business objectives, culture, and workforce needs.
-Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation practices with the organization's mission and values.
-Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges and compensation benchmarks for various healthcare roles.
-Monitor industry trends, compensation surveys, and labor market data to ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive.
-Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate job classifications and salary grades.
-Ensure accurate and consistent job descriptions and salary structures across the organization.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience with compensation, preferably within the healthcare industry. 5-7 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, market analysis, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using compensation survey tools, data analysis software, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and market information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex compensation information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with federal and state labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with HR, finance, and management teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in compensation data and calculations.
