Credence has an upcoming need for a Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. This opening is slated to kick off in the Spring or Summer 2025.

The PM PNT system engineering and technical assistant (SETA) requirement in the areas of administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.

The SETA services provided to PM PNT shall support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army's PNT portfolio. PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army's mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the Army's lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and Alt Nav Technology Development; and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM)., as well as any future PNT efforts in both the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Historically this effort has been performed by 70 full time equivalents (FTE).



Salary Range

Full pay range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

    Will develop, update, and manage PM PNT product IMSs utilizing Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA). The PWA Enterprise "Standard" Calendar and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point Schedule Assessment number 5.
  • Shall attend classified and unclassified PM PNT product, platform, and client contracting, milestone, and program meetings and reviews, to include risk management working groups; meet with each product office and functional leads to gather schedule inputs; provide critical path and scheduling information; and present resulting schedule products.
  • Will follow the PM PNT Policy and adhere to the identified standards in the development and maintenance of the IMS. The Contractor shall provide IMS schedule data to support the development of Acquisition Strategies, the schedule portion of the Acquisition Program Baseline and any milestone decision briefs or updates to PM PNT leadership and higher headquarters.

  • Monitoring program schedule and expenditure reports to track progress and identify potential cost/schedule issues.
  • Updating program documentation and briefings to incorporate revised schedules and other data.
  • Providing configuration control for documentation, tracking acquisition documentation, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
  • Tracking and responding to taskers from internal and external customers.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • An active DoD Secret level security clearance or higher is required.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with 7 years experience, or a master's degree with 5 years experience or 11 years experience in DoD program scheduling.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Project, Primavera (or similar) programs.

  • Expertise with Microsoft project.

  • Operational support experience.

  • Experience with DoD systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling highly desired.
  • PMP certification desired.
