Responsibilities: HR ServiceNow is a case management/workflow application used by Client's HR organization. We have multiple ad hoc projects, application upgrades and patches throughout the year, and a backlog of application functionality we'd like to implement. We need someone to help us manage the quality assurance (QA), testing, and documentation related to the various projects and deliverables.
