Maintenance Technician Shift: 1st, 6AM - 2pm Pay: $28 - $33/hr. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on CNC machines, particularly 3-axis or higher models. Maintain and repair facilities equipment including air compressors, rooftop units, boilers, and pumps. Interpret blueprints, manuals, and sample parts to ensure precise maintenance and prepping for operations. Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards after the painting process. Perform filling operations, such as plugging holes and masking, to improve cosmetic appearance. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. Actively participate in team efforts to improve processes and implement Lean manufacturing principles.
