Summary of Job Duties:The Full-Time Grant Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of a large statewide grant project. The Grant Manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to align grant activities with organizational objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Grant Compliance and Management:
oEnsure that grant activities comply with regulatory, legal, and financial requirements.
oDevelop and maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, ensuring timely submission of applications, progress reports, and financial reports.
oCollaborate with finance and program teams to monitor budgets, expenditures, and adherence to grant agreements.
2.Project Tracking and Reporting:
oTrack and document grant project activities and outcomes, ensuring that program goals are met according to timelines.
oPrepare and submit accurate progress, financial, and final reports to funders as required by grant agreements.
oMaintain records of all grant documentation, including applications, reports, budgets, and communications with funders.
3.Relationship Management:
oServe as the main point of contact for funder, handling all communication and relationship management.
oBuild and maintain positive relationships with funding agency, including responding to requests for information and providing updates on grant activities.
oCollaborate with internal teams to foster understanding and support for grant objectives across the project teams.
oEvaluate current grant processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business or a related field

  • 2 year of experience in large grant management

  • Strong understanding of grant compliance requirements and regulations

  • Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information:

This is a 2 year appointment, renewable based on the need for the position, availability of funding, and continued satisfactory level of performance in the role.

Salary Information:

$60,000
