Job Summary

This role will manage program and administrative tasks related to all PCHE projects and initiatives.

Potential Projects:

• RedCap and Epic
• Closing the Gap and Special Projects
• Community HUB and Convening Initiative (Outreach & Engagement), Better Together @ Home
• Other projects as assigned

Essential Functions

• Coordinates activities across all programs
• Implement policies and procedures related to program administration.
• Attend meetings as requested
• Report out on program activities
• Assist with grant writing and management.
• Liaisons between JCHE and Social Media and Marketing Consultant
• Manage web pages for some programs with ongoing updates to the program website
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson
• Some community field work may be required. Some evenings and weekends.
• Assists with community event planning and coordination
• Maintains participant database platforms
• Manages and support JCHE database
• Supports participant registration and intake process
• Data analysis , summary and reporting
• Obtain, upload, organize and track data from JCHE's program and initiatives
• Query and run regular reports for management
• Transferring data upon request
• Collaborate with other team member, technical specialists, project managers, and data analyst
• Preparing data for meetings and presentations
• Publications, news letters, Press releases, media communication

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

AND

Experience:

Minimum of 3-years of professional experience in program coordinator or related field. Experience in grant-related activities in a healthcare setting desired.
