In the UX Designer role, we expect you to have deep knowledge of your craft. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
