1st Shift: 6:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday (weekend and overtime as needed)

Pay: Flexible, based on experience and licenses

Requirements:



  • Demonstrate strong computer skills
  • Minimum of five years of experience with Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers, including Contrologix, PLC5, and Industrial Ethernet
  • Experience with Human-Machine Interfaces such as Panelview, Panelbuilder, RSView, Wonderware, and Ignition
  • Knowledge in process controls like batching and blending
  • Experience with production controls involving conveyors and machine logic
  • Familiarity with packaging machinery and material handling controls, including pneumatics and servo controls
  • Experience in the food or beverage industry is helpful
  • Holding a journeyman or master electrician license in Massachusetts or New Hampshire is preferred



Job Duties: As a Controls and Automation Electrician, you will be responsible for programming, configuring, and developing the sequence of operations for Programmable Logic Controller programs on both new and existing equipment. Your daily duties will include debugging and troubleshooting equipment to maximize line efficiencies, completing electrical hardware and software control designs for various equipment and workstations, and conducting analysis and implementation of Human-Machine Interface systems. Additionally, you will actively participate in special projects.
