Crating supervisor Shift: 1st, (7am-4pm) *Pay: $55k-$58k/yr (Based on Experience)* Job Description: Supervise crating personnel and ensure safe work practices in line with company procedures Work closely with all departments to meet customer needs and ensure workflow compliance Train and guide employees on safety, equipment usage, reading cut sheets, and assembling boxes Ensure documentation is complete and accurate, including creating box tickets and photo documentation Perform regular quality audits and inspect work for accuracy and compliance with specifications Operate hand tools (air nail guns, staplers, drills, saws) and forklifts as needed Address issues and communicate with management for resolution Provide customers with detailed research and updates as necessary Perform inventory checks and data entry into the portal
