Baker Operator *Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)* *Pay: $17/hr (Based on experience)* Job Description: Set up and run the Continuous Mixing and Pita lines according to customer or internal specifications. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and report any equipment repair needs to the supervisor. Conduct testing and record all required data at specified intervals. Make adjustments to equipment to achieve efficiency and quality standards. Record lot numbers for traceability and clean equipment as needed. Conduct changeovers to prepare for the next product run. Follow all food safety and personnel safety procedures. Report mechanical problems or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor. Act as backup for other roles as assigned by the Supervisor.
