About the role:
Dragos is looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Staff Product Manager to join the Product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. You will work closely with the product team, internal stakeholders, and customers to drive an effective product roadmap using customer requests, internal requirements, use case validation, prioritization, definition, and execution for assigned products.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and management of core features and capabilities within the Dragos Platform, focusing on application functionality and key cybersecurity data visualization use case such as asset inventory, threat detection, vulnerability management, and response.
  • Support Marketing and key stakeholders to position the ability of the Dragos Platform to provide insights and data visualizations as core and differentiated OT advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities, clearly communicating solutions, costs, and business case justifications.
  • Make decisions regarding trade-offs in features, timelines, resources, and quality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate product requirements with a clear business rationale to Engineering teams.
  • Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development efforts.
  • Partner with Marketing to highlight Dragos' asset and vulnerability management capabilities as key differentiators in the cybersecurity space.
  • Independently measure, track, and provide plans to improve product KPIs which will drive process improvements and future product enhancements.
  • Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and provide compelling narratives for successful launch activities.
  • Provide mentorship to senior and junior product managers, helping to elevate overall team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience building or maintaining enterprise security products (required).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data.
  • Proven experience in creating product requirements that enable users to visually derive meaningful insights from data, while effectively managing usability risk of a given product or feature.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products, including developing go-to-market strategies, managing outcome-driven roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams including engineers and designers.
  • Experience in navigating ambiguous problems and finding effective, creative solutions.
  • Ability to articulate and validate product hypotheses effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, executives, customers, and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.

  • Base Salary: $200,000
