Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Atlanta, GA location. This is a 12 + month contract position. Description: Seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Consultant Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. Responsibilities: Responsible for formulation, testing, and implementation of end-to-end SAP AP Payment process using ISO standards across 25+ countries in the LATAM & APAC regions Analyze and evaluate existing and proposed solutions and recommends modifications to processes and procedures for solving business problems Facilitate interactive sessions to elicit requirements, design and functional specifications Ensure integration within SAP and other Treasury technologies/systems Responsible for working with other technology and business partners to gather requirements & provide solutions consistent with corporate strategic (technology) direction Requirements: 6 + years of experience Skilled SAP FI-TR functional expert Expertise with ISO2022 XML & EDI payment file formats & disciplines Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury payment configuration & testing, including House Banks, Payment Methods, Bank Master Data, Vendor Master, Payment Mediums, Electronic Bank Statements, & Cash Reconciliation Experience with SWIFT bank connectivity and protocol Familiar with various Electronic Bank Statement formats, including but not limited to: BAI & MT940 Strong developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including active listening, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business terminology Full system lifecycle experience with preference for at least two (2) full lifecycle implementations of end-to-end SAP Treasury functionality, from Invoice Processing to Back End Cash reconciliation Ability to work effectively on a diversified team as well as independently, in pressure situations, with composure and tact Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and project management skills Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; being proactive and self-motivated Excellent technical writing, system & training documentation skills Desired skills: Working knowledge of Agile project methodology If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
