THE JOB: As a Conversion Supervisor, you'll lead the behind-the-scenes magic that transforms our venue for a variety of events. From sports to concerts to special productions, you'll ensure all staging, seating, and event elements are set up flawlessly. You'll work closely with management, oversee a team of conversion staff, and maintain equipment to ensure a top-tier experience for our guests and performers.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Supervise conversion operations, ensuring timely and high-quality event transitions. Oversee a team of conversion staff and temporary on-call labor. Collaborate with management and department supervisors during event planning. Maintain and manage staging, seating, bleacher components, the basketball court, hockey dasher systems, and backstage equipment. Ensure safety, productivity, and reliability policies are enforced. Repair and maintain equipment, systems, seating, and bleachers. Utilize inventory management tools to track and manage equipment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field Experience in conversion, stage production, or event operations is preferred. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required). Strong knowledge of staging and production equipment. Experience with computerized time clock software. Forklift operation experience is a plus. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
