The Department of Rural Health - Area Health Education Center within the Office of Medical Education is pleased to announce the opening of a position for a Business Support Specialist I. This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day transactional accounting and programmatic support within the department. Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, be flexible, diplomatic, and adaptable to engaging with multiple priorities simultaneously. Primary responsibilities Include: * Providing fiscal support through processing and monitoring purchase orders, voucher payments, requisitions, general procurement, one-card reconciliation, expense account reconciliation, and reimbursements. Shift
Shift Type: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Microsoft Office Anticipated Hiring Range
Hiring Range: $14.51 - $22.00 Application Materials
