Position: Installation Technician Location: Middletown, OH Brand: DirectAIR Segment: Air Supply Group Compressed Air as A Service. DirectAIR is the pioneer of the fourth-utility concept and has consistently supplied high-quality compressed air to more than 150 companies. Since 1995, OTP has provided DirectAIR customers with over 10 million hours of reliable operations. With DirectAir OTP installs a state-of-the-art compressed air facility right at your site. We install, own, operate and maintain this compressed air system for an agreed time and supply a steady stream of high-quality, guaranteed, compressed air. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with the installation of our DirectAIR sites. Read blueprints, drawings/schematics. Work with outside contractors to efficiently complete the modules. Assist in installation of piping systems. Install air compressors and associated equipment in our modules. Install condensate tubing systems. Mount dampers, ductwork and compressor accessories. Trim out openings, doors, and roofs etc. Cut and install prefabricated wall panels and roof panels per drawings. Finish concrete floors/bases. To support and drive continual process improvement. Projecting a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, and co-workers. Must present a professional image Keep clean and organized. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS for this position include: A self-starter and highly motivated person. Ability to get the job done with little or no supervision Excellent mechanical aptitude. Attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills. Punctual Strong sense of urgency. Excellent problem solving skills. The ability to work productively with other associates, customers, contractors and vendors; a "team attitude." A commitment to the concept of "doing it right the first time." Has experience using a tape measure, hand tools and power tools. Ability to read drawings/schematics Willingness to travel (approximately 65-85% travel required).
